How Bullring works

Bullring turns a 60-page TrackMaster harness program into a ranked, cycle-aware card in seconds. Everything runs in your browser — your PDF never leaves your device.

1. Drop the PDF

On the home page, drag a TrackMaster harness past-performance PDF onto the drop zone (Equibase thoroughbred PDFs are also auto-detected). Bullring extracts every horse's last several Speed Ratings, morning line, driver, and class.

2. Read the cycle

For each horse the terminal surfaces:

Last SR · Mean L3 · Best · Volatility

The most recent figure, the three-race average, the lifetime best, and how choppy the form has been. Together these define the cycle archetype — peaking, regressing, bouncing, or steady.

Tuttle Definitive (TD) projection

A forward-looking Speed Rating estimate that weights recent form, cycle direction, and class. Up arrow means projected improvement; down means regression.

3. Compare to the tote

COW% (Competitive Odds Weight) converts the field's TD scores into a fair-price percentage for each horse. When you type live odds into the LIVE box, Bullring computes the overlay ratio and flags:

▲ OVERLAY — getting more than fair price · ▲ value — modest edge · ▼ short — underlay, pass.

4. Build your ticket

Use the jump-to-race menu to move through the card and the Peaking panel to find tonight's live longshots across every race.
